Get help | How can I use the EasiPik locker service?

If you need more control over your delivery you can use the EasiPik locker service which is integrated into our delivery system.

You will not need an EasiPik account, we handle everything and your delivery will arrive in your chosen locker and an SMS text notification sent to the mobile number you provide.

On receipt of the EasiPik code by SMS you can go to the locker location, enter your code on the screen and the locker door will open for you to collect. It's a very efficient system and the lockers are available 24/7. You must collect within 72 hours of the code being sent to you.

There are no extra charges, delivery is free in Malta & Gozo.

Delivery in Malta & Gozo takes 3 days under normal circumstances after that day of collection from us.

Orders are collected on Tuesday and Friday each week, thus deliveries are normally Monday or Thursday.
