You can use our specially designed aerator keys if you are struggling to remove your aerator from the mixer.
Which aerator key is right for me?

Follow the steps
1) Unscrew
Unscrew the aerator from your faucet and take a close look at the threads to identify the type of aerator you have.
2) Is it Female or Male?
Female thread: Threads are on the inside of the aerator. You need a Female adapter (F)
Male thread: Has external threads on the outside of the aerator. You need a Male adapter (M)
Choose
Female aerators will need a Female key.
Male aerators will need a Male key.

Will it fit my faucet?
If you can remove the aerator from your mixer its most likely an EU standard and so your Tappwater filter will fit using a small adapter we supply. If you are unsure just send a picture on WhatsApp +356 99866142 and we can advise.
What if my adapter doesnt work?
If you have purchased a special adapter we will always swop them if the size doesnt work for you. In addition our 45 day guarantee for a full refund also covers you if you cannot fit the Tappwater filter.
Can you fit the Tappwater filter for me?
After many years of experiments with plumbers, handypersons and myself fitting where required we have now found a professional partner who is is able to fit water filters for you and is equipped with a full range of adapters.
For assistance with fitting you may contact our trusted partner Ivan on 79470543 who provides this service at a charge between 15 and 25 euros depending on the work required and any adapters needed.
All arrangements you make with Ivan are outside of the responsibility of TAPP Water (Malta) Ltd and you will need to contact Ivan directly.
