To change the refill, first, turn off the water supply to your shower. Then, unscrew the filter housing from the ShowerPro, remove the old cartridge, and insert the new one. Finally, reassemble the filter housing and turn the water supply back on. No tools are required.

The refills typically last for about 6 months for a household of two people with average shower times. The filter's capacity is around 12,000-20,000 liters.
