We have been working with Jean Paul at ReRoot in Malta for over 3 years and we have now agreed that when you want to go to a physical store for in-person support, parts and to deliver products purchased online for refund.
Please note our online service is unaffected by this extra availability for service in person. We are online 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
TAPP Water is also available in 20+ retail outlets in Malta which can also offer advice on the products and provide Maltese speaking assistance and you can find you nearest retail partner, the difference is at the service centre there are both parts and adapters available and online purchases can be returned for refund where necessary.
At ReRoot in Balzan you can now:
1. Access Maltese speaking assistance in person or on the phone + 356 9926 09882
2. Order in Maltese for payment online or purchase in person
3. Get advice on using TAPP Water products, fitting and obtain adapters
4.Take any defective parts and obtain replacement parts
5.Return any products under guarantee brought online by drop off (Refunds will be made electronically to your method of payment)
6. Return used filter refills as part of the TAPP Zero programme
ReRoot is open Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 09:30 to 12:30 and 4pm to 7pm and on Saturday 10am to 2.30pm
