The EcoPro and EcoPro Compact Water Filter is now manufactured in a new plastic compound which has proven to be a reliable upgrade to the previous compound which suffered some defects when in use.

We may ask you to check that you have the EcoPro Housing or Valve in the new compound, it is really easy to do this, just look for the moulded marks on the EcoPro Housing or Valve as shown in the picture below.

It's the same markings on both EcoPro and EcoPro Compact.

It is important that we know which product compound you have so that we can clearly track any defects and work with the manufacturer to resolve which is why we ask you to check.
