Here at TAPP Water we are firmly convinced that all our products fulfil the highest standards of quality.

As a matter of fact, we are that convinced that we even offer you your money back, if you are not satisfied with your TAPP Water Filter, or any of our products.

If, within 45 days following dispatch of your order, you are not satisfied with the product, we offer you your money back.

All you have to do is, within the 45 days following the date of dispatch of your order just contact us to arrange the return of your product.

Excluded from this refund policy are the following products once they have been used by you: BottlePro.

Once we have received the product, we’ll proceed to refunding the amount of the initial purchase to your credit card or other payment method. Please bear in mind that the money will take between 5 and 10 working days to appear on your account.

We shall send you a bag that is already addressed and this just needs taken to the post office. The bag is a free return bag, we pay all the charges under our return licence with MaltaPost. Sometimes counter clerks at the post office will try and charge you, please resist this, we have a specific agreement with MaltaPost and pay all charges.

Please drain the filter of water first! Please make sure to return everything including the box, partial returns will be subject to partial refunds.
