Paperless transactions and minimal packaging for TAPP Water in Malta
Share
Our intention with this step forward is to reduce the amount of paper we are using in our process, even though we had been printing on recycled paper we had been consuming both energy and ink. The ink arrives in plastic bottles, even if the ink does last a long time as we chose an environmentally friendly eco printer, its still plastic and paper consumption that can be avoided.
We are also taking this step to make it easier for our customers to make use of the grant available for water prufication equipment used in a domestic residence, as for the application a PDF invoice is required.
Customers will now receive a link to download the invoice in their confirmation and shipping email.
We are committed to ongoing improvements in our processes and logistics and also to being mindful of our customer's feedback.
