The scheme provides full financial support, covering 100% of the cost up to €100, removing the financial burden for households in need. The retailer is then paid by the government for the amount of €100.

To exchange your voucher, you will need to bring the voucher itself, the ID of the voucher holder, and your own ID if you are not the voucher holder. The retailer will validate the voucher to the ID card of the voucher holder and will issue a VAT receipt.
